PMA offers our members grassroots access to advocacy and legislative change. Members receive exclusive access to powerful tools to learn about important legislative and regulatory developments directly impacting the workforce. Through members-only access to our Legislative Action Center, members can send direct messages to Congress and regulatory agencies with language pre-approved by our team of legal and governmental affairs experts.

Our chapters provide opportunities for members to discuss local and national issues with other PMA members as well as webinars, events, and conferences.

Member Process

For about 32 cents a day ($4.50 a pay period), active/current managers, management officials, and other non-bargaining employees can reap the benefits of PMA membership and join this powerful community.
