Effective June 2019, only current and retired IRS employees will be eligible to join PMA. 

Payroll Withholding

($3.50 per pay period) **PREFERRED METHOD** - PMA has dues withholding agreements with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Federal Aviation Administration. If you are with an agency with which PMA has a dues withholding agreement, you may fill out the SF1187 PMA , print it out, sign it and fax, mail it to us, OR complete the form, electronically sign it and send it to Jeffery.d.eppler@irs.gov.

Annual Payment - When payroll withholding is not available.



($91 annually) - Fill out an online PMA Application Form. Select your method of payment, either by pay pal or check. There is a $5 charge for using pay pal to cover the processing fees. Click here to pay online. If paying by check or money order, please mail it to:

Retired Special Lifetime Membership

($100 lifetime fee) - Members that are retiring can become lifetime members and receive emails at home and have the full access to the PMA Web Page and all the information provided to members. There is a $5 charge for using pay pal to cover processing fees. You can pay the fee by pay pal by paying below or mail a check to:
