PMA offers its members many benefits that help them in and outside of their jobs. The following is a brief listing of some of the current benefits; PMA is continually working on securing even more benefits for its valued members.

Your Voice is Heard - PMA meets with IRS leadership, including the Commissioner, on issues that are important to managers and NBU employees. Members input is always sought prior to those meetings.

Addressing Your Concerns - We routinely address members concerns throughout the year and provide feedback.

PMA Grant Program - PMA offers Grants to our members up to $500 to attend a training session, seminar or take a course that will enhance leadership skills.

Professional Liability Insurance - members are able to receive a discounted membership that is partially refunded by the government annually.

Why should you have PLI?

Scholarships - PMA members are eligible for ten $2,000 scholarships for them or their family members. Look for more information on our weekly updates. Scholarship opportunities usually start at the beginning of the year and continue through the end of March.

Financial Assistance - PMA members can receive a free review of their complete financial situation including a comprehensive look at your federal benefits.  In addition, our financial advisor provides important updates on government benefits.

Legal Services - – PROVIDED BY ATTORNEYS OF THE LAW FIRM OF SHAW BRANSFORD & ROTH, PC -MEMBERS RECEIVE TWO FREE 30 MINUTE TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS IN A TWELVE MONTH PERIOD ON FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT MATTERS.

GEICO Insurance Discount  - PMA Members receive discounts for a wide range of insurance products from GEICO
